GENERAL

  • When booking an appointment please read carefully, as booking the wrong service can negatively impact other scheduled clients. 


  • ALL LACE PRODUCTS MUST be provided to us for preparation 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Your product must be brought to our salon before 4pm. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation.


  • Use your correct phone number when booking. Text reminders are sent the day of your appointment.


  • A wash is included with every service, but optional as well. Natural hair must be combed out and ready for wash if needed. Wash must be booked with hair appointment


  • WE DO NOT SERVICE OTHER TECHNICIANS OR SALON’S WORK.




SAME DAY/ SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS

Same day or squeeze in appointments may be available, please call to inquire. If there is availability, same day appointments have an up charge fee of:


$75.00 Tuesday-Saturday 

$150.00 Sunday/Monday Appointments



CANCELATIONS & LATE FEES

No call no shows will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances. Customers who are found be to be a no call no show will not be able to return as a client indefinitely. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are not able to keep it. There is a $25 late fee. We allow clients a 15 minute window to arrive, anything greater than 15 minutes will result in a cancellation.
